Some days I'll wake up, grab a map and plan out a list of places I want to go photograph. As nice as it is to have a plan, I usually find when I get home at the end of the day that my favorite shots are the unexpected ones I stumble upon along the way, between points A and B.
This barn outside Westford, VT caught my eye as I was driving by. I've always been a fan of old barns; they have such great texture and are usually set on beautiful expanses of land. Lucky for me I live in VT, where it feels like there's scenes like this around every bend of rural roads.
