One of my vintage Christmas cards

This is one of the Christmas cards I made using pages from an ancient Atora booklet I’ve had for years and years, the original was published in 1933 containing information related to traditional Christmas celebrations. It includes old fashioned parlour games, traditional Christmas recipes and a stories connected to Christmas tradition i.e.; The Goose being the true centrepiece of the Christmas table, a fathers role to carve the bird at the table with all the pomp and ceremony etc.

This little book was one of the best investments I ever made as the fun and laughter over the years bringing these parlour games to life during our countless parties has been priceless. Have a look on my etsy shop for others if you like.
