2008 Woodside Mill, Simpsonville, SC

Woodside Cotton Mill was built in 1908 and employed as many as 650 workers at a time during the 1950s-60s. In 1989 the mill closed. The mill has been named the 14th-most significant building in Greenville County history by the county’s Historic Preservations Commission, and is being renovated into commercial space and loft condominiums and renamed Cotton Mill Place for more information visit
