Oracle Java Advertising @ Maker Faire

This one left me scratching my head. I think it was intended for kids.

    The idea was multiple languages on the same virtual machine. I'm not sure what was clear from a photo of the area. If you consider each colored ball to be a language binding and a set of libraries written in that language, multiple "balls" can run on top of the virtual machine that ships with Java. Sorry that's not more clear.

    Ah-ha, thanks for the clarification. I had to wait for kids to stop enjoying throwing the balls and hitting their respective targets to get this photo. ;) It was nice to see kids also enjoying the programming sessions going on behind there.
