Mint Sorbet preparation

By now it is in the freezer, photos of the finished product tomorrow :)

 

Recipe:

Mix 250g of sugar with 300ml of water.

Bring to a boil until the sugar is dissolved.

Simmer for about 2 minutes without stirring.

Let it cool down a bit.

But the syrup into a blender and add 60g of fresh peppermint leaves.

Blend it completely.

But into fridge for at least 2 hours.

Add 150ml of fresh lemon juice.

But it into the freezer in an open container.

Stir the mixture occasionally with a fork.

It should be done after 5-6 hours.
