Numpad Hacked Off Microsoft 4000 Ergonomic Keyboard
This is a hack of a Microsoft 4000 Ergonomic Keyboard. I removed, sawed off, Dremel'd the numpad off. You have to be very careful not to cut through the membrane circuitry otherwise you will lose QWERTY functionality.
* Unscrew *half* the board and the wrist rest part that says "sawzy did it!"
* Use something to pry the board apart (1.5in+) to keep the membrane safe.
* Cut the plastic, including duh, the wrist rest.
* [Tip] Lay out the screws on a lil paper map to keep track of which goes where cuz i think they are different sizes.
* DO NOT REMOVE SPACEBAR OR YOU'LL PUNCH A #$%#$@ WALL IN ANGER!
