Sava Railways Scenic Tours 2011 Calendar

    Newer Older

Help support RAILBRICKS, the brick railroading magazine, with this gorgeous 13 month calendar. Each month features photos from Anthony Sava's Sava Railways Scenic Tours photo series, showcasing trains and scenery built entirely of LEGO® bricks. As a bonus, the 13th month features a guest photo of LEGO trains by Larry Pieniazek and Jim Garrett. This is not an official LEGO Product, and is not sponsored, authorized or endorsed by The LEGO Group.

In the spirit of full disclosure - yes, I will receive profit from the sale of each calendar, part of which I will then donate to RAILBRICKS. I haven't decided how much of the total that will be, but it will be no less than 20% and no more than 50% of revenue.

Don't know if this code will work for others but sent me a 20% off discount code "REMARKABLEYEAR305". It worked for me.

I received my Sava Railways Calendar today! I am very pleased with the quality
of the calendar (thick paper, high gloss, nice binding, etc) and the quality of
the pictures (all LEGO backgrounds, good focus, nice MOCs, etc). I'd love to
see (and contribute to) another RailBricks Calendar, but in its absence, the
Sava Railways Calendar is well worth the money! Thank you Tony!

Excellent! I'm happy to hear it. How do the photos for January and October look? I was concerned that they'd print up too dark, especially after the feedback for the Railbricks 2009 calendar, so I went so far as to brighten all the photos used for the project.

I'd be honored to see a picture of it on your wall.

Got my copies today. January looks fine, the detail in the black shows up. You can see the joints in the top black arch bricks. October is dark, you can really only see the front of the engine. I like the border affect on the pictures. On the RB2009 calendar where the pictures were on the whole page, I can't read the credits line because the spiral binding mad it unreadable. Overall, I think it turned out great. I am giving one to my dad for Christmas.

It will be going back to work with me in January, but until then, it will hang in our train room...

That is too cool, thank you!

My copy arrived in the mail yesterday, and I am very pleased with it. The pictures all came out exactly how I wanted them to, and the quality of the paper and binding is excellent.
