to send you my love
It's been a long time since I did a self portrait... a proper self portrait. Contrary to how it must seem when you look at the set full of them, they don't come naturally. I have to actively work at developing the motivation to take one.
But then I come across a photograph like this one, and I remember why I bother with the hassle of setting everything up.
(because we all know that the moment you decide to do a self portrait, every battery you own will be close to dying and where's the cord and why isn't the snoot fitting over the flash and I swear this cord was longer and why isn't my remote shutter release working...)
