      I've never had bresaola. Taste like speck?

      And I love things that can be turned into vegetarian by subtracting one ingredient. Perfect when my veg friends come over.

      it's more dry - and i think speck is made with pork and I think breasola is made with beef - it's air cured. whereas speck is juniper cured type of prosciutto I believe. It's quite tasty!
