Bicolour Pedro Pasta

Yummy tomatoes from different family gardens. Fresh, local veggies are the way to go-- especially when pilfered from coworkers.

 

Freakin' phenomenal... Angel hair pasta, whose residual heat cooks the paper-thin garlic slices, cherry tomato (halved, most squeezed), olive oil, salt, "Italian seasonings", and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.

 

Have to have a good knife for the garlic
