What does this flag mean?
As to my research and knowledge it is said that in 1981 the United Arab Emirates had taken into use a red flag with the flag of the United Arab Emirates in the canton to be used only by merchant vessels!
What does that mean? Well believe me I was staring at the same question mark that is on top of my head right now? LoOl!
