Love the photo overall, but i can't help mentioning that smoking kills. And smoking at such a young age can lead to a nicotine addiction. Worse harm can also be done to the body because teen's brains and bodies aren't fully developed yet. Nice photography skills, but i think it's important to beware of the message your photos may send...

    Dear Valentin,
I am designing a cutting edge website for a chic boutique quit smoking advisor and want to use real photos of real people rather than buying posed stock photos. The advisor wants to do the opposite of the normal quit smoking sites - which all go on and on about how ghastly smoking is - and instead celebrate the pleasure that people had when they were smokers. The website will be about 'urban cool' rather than the boring tedium that most such websites have.
We came across several of your great portraits of people smoking. They're really great, very natural, and just what we are looking for. I assume they are portraits of your friends? We would like to use the images for the website and will be glad to give copyright credits and contact details to you and anyone else we can use.
However, we are legally obliged to have a Model Release Form signed by the subjects of the photos before we can use them.
If you would like us to use your photos then are you able to get any of the subjects to sign the forms? You can find the forms at www.professionalphotographer.co.uk/Magazine/D ownloads/Mod....
We would be delighted to hear from you. You can see some of the images we have chosen in our galleries. Obviously an alternative would be for you to take new photos, this time ensuring that the model release forms have been signed.
If you want to know more you are welcome to contact us by leaving a message on our Flickr page.
    Kind regards,
James & Ludo (James And Ludo Quit Smoking)

    Hi Valentin,
I love this picture, because it shows the innocence & vulnerability of youth being addicted to cigarette smoke. I am actually a graduate student, finishing my masters degree in nursing and I would like to use this photo on my professional poster, as one of my final projects for graduation. I was writing for permission from you to use this photo.
please let me know if you are ok with this, my contact address in melinkraft @yahoo.com
Thank you, Melinda Kraft MSN, RN, CTTS-M
