Saw a couple of Myna's smack in the middle of the road. Slowed to a crawl and watched them strut past the car and look haughtily at me. I stopped, got out the camera and clicked a few shots. I have many clear shots of this bird, like this one which is uncropped, simply because of their confident nature. An omnivorous open woodland bird with a strong territorial instinct, the Myna has adapted extremely well to urban environments. They are popular as cage birds for their singing and "speaking" abilities. They are believed to mate for life.
