Southern Dune Two Shot Pano
Agfa Record III. Fuji Pro 160NS
One of the great things about a software tool like Hugin is the extra creative possibilities it opens. My Agfa Record III has a single fixed 105mm lens but here I wanted to catch the sweeping curves of the ridges of this dune as it swept from one side to the other. Taking two shots with the intention of stitching them later was the answer.
I don't need to tell anyone who has worked with stitching software what a challenge it can be to stitch a shot like this with no hard lines or contrasts anywhere in the overlap region but as can be seen here, it's not impossible.
