    The intersection this is on is kind of nuts - the bridge is just behind it, all the local roads turn into feeders around rush hour. Which means you have tons of people driving by - the building is an old stone façade, almost like a bank, right close to a few busy high end restaurants and a venue, it would make a wonderful cafe and if you got a really good designer in, made a really good bit of artful signage saying maybe, "le café du pont" or "Saint Maries Ward Café", appeal to the escapist desires of those drivers, make it affordable and on the ile-sans-fil network for the locals, some nice nibbles and deserts for the live show crowds, - keep those floors....that would be a dream.

    Did i mention those windows catch the afternoon and sunset light?
