Flourless Chocolate Cake [98/366]

Day 98

 

Passover brings out the creativity in baking, as flour cannot be used. This year, over the course of two nights, we had four different varieties of flourless chocolate cake. This, made by my cousin Rachel, was the most photogenic - a raspberry flourless cake.
