Berry pancake bars (or even fruity toad in the hole!). I made these for breakfast. Used the same batter as for pancakes (the North American kind), pour into a baking dish, add frozen berries (these are blueberries and marion blackberries), and sprinkle brown sugar on top before baking at around 400 for ~15mins.

 

They were yummy, but need some sugar in the batter. We soaked them in maple syrup instead.
