Rice Milk Recipe.
Making rice or nut milks are easy. Cook a cup of rice, or soak a cup
of nuts (almonds, cashews, whateva). Blend that with some more water,
add a sweetener and vanilla extract, both optional. Strain the rice/
nuts. Add more water if the milk is too thick. I use the leftover nut
pulp in oatmeal or to bake with. Anyone have experience using the
leftover rice pulp?
