    Doesn't this just remind you of summer? This is the swing hanging from the old oak tree...
    It is a combination of raw edge applique, fusibles, thread painting, and embroidery. I fused itty bitty pieces on top of the tree and base, and then "scribbled" them in place. I embroidered the ropes of the swing...

      I used steam-a-seam 2 lite, and a varigated Sulky thread... Didn't know that was the brand LOL! Does the solvy disolve in water? This one won't, I tried to make it look like part of the leaves...
