The Provincial Forest Fall Frolic, October 6 at the New Harmony Demonstration Woodlot near Souris. The shorter 4.6 kilometre course is perfect for beginning runners, joggers and walkers, the longer course is 12.3 kilometres and takes the runner over the Scenic Heritage Road in New Harmony, along a section of the Confederation Trail, and then back along the Scenic Heritage Road to the demonstration woodlot and the sprint to the finish.
