Zenith Beach
This is the first time I've been up to Nelson Bay, having covered most of the shots I had in mind for Newcastle and Central Coast. I think Zenith Beach is a great beach to photograph with the rocks on one side, and the distinctive headland at the other end.
It was great watching the waves roll in and wash over this rock in the foreground, the sun shining against the rocks on the left, and into the headland as well. I think this works well in term so foreground and the surf leading up to the headland, creating depth.
