Mrazek Album
This album of photographs was donated to the Royal Air Force Museum by Karel Mrazek, one of the many Czechoslovak pilots who flew with the RAF during the Second World War. Covering the period he spent with No. 46 Squadron from September 1940 to May 1941, this album offers a unique glimpse into the daily lives of pilots serving in an RAF squadron. Captured through the eyes of a Czech national, these photographs are a personal account of Mrazek’s time with his British comrades.
We are grateful to the family of Karel Mrazek for permission to reproduce the images.
