      i also got this, and then i just had a stuck powerbook... :S
      it took a while to get the mouse pointer out of the vortex, and i had to force quit the thing....

      the effect was beautiful, though...

      Yeah - to get the screenshot I had to disconnect the network. Screen Sharing recognised the dropped connection and I got control back again.

      Just discovered the same trick before finding your picture here.
      Had to force shut down the macbook because my mouse pointer got stuck in the Vortex. Funny effect indeed.
