A retake on a shot I did a while ago. I mentioned before that I've been looking at techniques that pro-pro photographers use (Tim Walker, Annie L etc) and today I came across Chadwick Tyler. His stuff is incredible, so definitely check him out. His "dirty" series was what inspired this shot, though I'm not necessarily dirty, this picture made me want to practice shooting through windows again.
Things are getting a whole lot better in my corner of the world right now. I've come to accept that some people will hate me and I'm OK with that now - as long as I try to be a better person and not try to hurt anyone, I will be OK with it and OK with myself. I think everyone has things they don't like about themselves (physically and personality wise) - and I think coming to terms with it is a pretty damn hard thing to do. It's so easy just to sit there and say to myself, "I don't care what people think of me". Because the truth is that I do. I care alot, and I think it's important to. Otherwise I'd be a pretty mean person, not caring about other people. Its tricky. Especially when people don't care about your opinions - should you care for theirs? I am going to try to. They might just have a point.
Mind vomit over :)
Not one to miss a bandwagon, especially one with my boyfriend on board it, I have also succumbed and signed on to twitter.com. You can now track my not-particularly-interesting-updates here.
