Smoked salmon and Chilli terrine

    Experimenting with aspic to create a sort of fish pate.

    Came out a bit firm, like a large and strangely fishy bath plug. Extremely intense smokey, salty salmony taste was divine, with advantage of not actually smelling in the fridge, as the goodness is all sealed in the jelly.
