I do like it (and it will likely end up as wallpaper on my computer at some point), but I understand ElizabethNoel's comment about having issues knowing what it is.

Because you went with B&W, the bear tends to get a little lost in the water. Is there a reason you decided to go B&W? I almost wonder if the original, with the (presumably) blue and white water with the (presumably) black bear would work better?

As for improving -- that's always hard when photographing wild life. Presumably, the bear was looking for some food, so yes, capturing the image just as the bear swats a fish out of the water would be "better". But how much time do you want to spend trying to capture that image? Not sure.

I would just be curious to see the original color image and see how that looked.

      Nice work!

Love it! but the real question is "how the H#LL did you get this image?!?"

I disagree with gargoyle030, I think that the fact that the bear gets mixed in with the water is exactly what makes this image excellent. I am just in love with it.
