congress hall with Chopin's pedestrian crossing
it was designed by Helena Czernek and Klara Jankiewicz (won 1st prize of Municipal Bureau's contest) to promote year of Fryderyk Chopin in Warszawa, implemented under 'testing horizontal road signs' exception and scheduled for exchanging for normal zebra soon. pity as it is great tourist attraction.
