Zion National Park was the second stop on my recent roadtrip. It's really an amazing place, and the Angel's Landing hike is one of my all-time favorites. But I'd never hiked into the Narrows before, despite hearing great things about it. Basically the hike takes you along a stretch of the Virgin River that curves through cliff walls so narrow in many areas that you have to walk through the water.
What a cool hike - even better than I expected. The only downside was the crowd. I started early enough that there were only a few others around, but by mid-afternoon people were all over, even a good distance up the river.
