Sunset in the Everglades A Cardinal visits our campsite Lost my head in Florida! Anhinga with neck! American Alligator and Young Good Morning! It's Monday! Happy Valentine's Day! Smile! Tail-less Long-tailed Skipper Royal terns waiting for the royal wedding party :-) Osprey with supper. Convinced me! My first Armadillo!

This set contains an image or two from each of the days that we were traveling in Florida. I was traveling with a fellow from Toronto. Each day we would take the bikes off of the top of the truck cap and cycle along a different trail or roadway. Florida was experiencing unusually cool and damp weather during our visit, so we found ourselves moving our base from location to location more often than planned, as we tried to avoid the wet weather as much as possible. No fun cycling in a cold rain.

The trip has be blogged on our website with about 300 - 400 photos included with the text of the blog. Heavy on photos, light on text. To see any of the blog entries from the Florida trip, pick from the list here: www.megapixeltravel.com/catego ry/usa/florida/

If you feel more adventurous, the many blog entries (with plenty of photos) from my Africa safari can be viewed here: www.megapixeltravel.com/catego ry/africansafari/
