Juvenile, ± 3 mm

 

This little spider is not as charismatic as jumping spiders but it's quite interesting to notice that this red and blue/black baby is going to become a big 15 mm yellow and black spider like the one on this (low quality) photo I took past year:

I found a lot of these juveniles in my garden, on the ground, in retreats made of leafs, pieces of wood, etc maintained by silk with a funnel web around the hole. But strangely, this cooperative one was running (quite fast) on my desk next to my computer…
