And Submarine Yellow beats Monorail Red by a nose...

Dueling transportation systems vie for glory in Tomorrowland.

Yes, I know it's a Monorial Monday shot that's been done a dozen times and then some, but the light on the water was so gorgeous that I couldn't pass it up.

I've been trying to think of places to take a nice sunrise shot on the 24 hour Leap Day. My feeling is people may be camping out by the castle to catch that shot. But this looks pretty interesting too.

      Nice Mike!
Actually it would be nice to get BOTH sunrise AND sunset from this spot, but the Matterhorn with scaffolds is not my favorite view at the moment!

Nice! I really like the little sun reflection on the front of the monorail!

What a great shot. That beautiful yellow sub in a coral reef.

Even though I won't be there for the sunrise on the 29th, I was thinking about spots like this too. I couldn't decide between the ramp up to the monorail platform, looking across the submarines with the sun at my back or the little path exiting the monorail, looking into the sun. Another thought was if Tom Sawyer Island was open, being on it looking towards Big Thunder and catching the sun rising behind it.

Nice one. As to where to shoot from I'm thinking the park is going to be packed that morning. I'm guessing that the shot will be some type of crowd shot maybe down Mainstreet towards the castle will be the shot. Of course it could rain.

I hear there is a podcast discussing possible shooting locations on the 29th... ;)

Ok anyway, this is a shot that never gets old. Nice color, excellent composition. It's a winner!
