foreground: green tea - green tea mousse with red bean center, green tea sponge base (i think they used too much green tea, it tasted too strong and bitter)


background: satsuma - mascarpone with tangerine compote (this one was delicate, light, and smooth, with good forward fruit flavor. sorry, i thought this was the passion cake but i made a mistake)
