Memorial, Death by the river.
Sight of the notorious murder of a 16 year old boy by his "friends" to score cash for a drug deal. His grandmother maintains this memorial.

On payday, the murderers hatched a plot to lure him to a secluded location. The lure was a female and the bait was sex. The 4 brutally murdered the boy at the location, partied with their spoils, and have shown no remorse. Jailhouse letters between the murderers espesially reveal the girl as an evil manipulator and the driving force in the conspiracy. One of the boys who took part in the murder was formally the victims best friend. What a sad thing to see so many young lives wasted.
