337/365 - Castlerigg Stone Circle

This 360 degree polar panorama was made at Castlerigg Stone Circle in Cumbria near Keswick.

 

Good subject matter for a polar pan!

 

I will go back to this place at dawn one day to make the image that I'd foolishly hoped to get today, however there were rather a lot of visitors there on this fine afternoon.

 

(On a side note, I just asked my 4 year old daughter what she thought of this one, she said 'Umm, no. It looks like a bogey.' Can't argue with that! So it shall now be known as 'Castlerigg Stone Bogey.'
