The waterfall that named a town! Taking a quick break from the Lake 22 Trail to bring you this sunbaked image of Granite Falls located in (you guessed it) Granite Falls, Washington. This is likely the most unique waterflow I have achieved due greatly to the open sky sun above. It rendered these powerful waters all shades of color. This is truly not the time to usually be taking waterfall images but I stacked my circular polarizer & nd filter together, crossed my fingers that I wouldn't get crazy vignetting, and did everything I could to maintain a crisp image with my settings. I really enjoy this image more so for the difficulty it provided in capturing it. I had heard so many so so things about Granite Falls, I disagree, I believe it is a cool little waterfall. Thanks for checking this out. Enjoy!
