This is my take-off on the original flying spaghetti monster drawing seen here: www.venganza.org/about/open-letter/
Just as the FSM was (as I undewrstand it) originally drawn in protest of one religion trying to impose their religious beliefs onto others, this drawing is intended as a protest of the attempts of some muslims to impose the rules of their religion upon others who do not subscribe to their beliefs.
I accept that some religions may tell me that I am going to hell for my behaviors. But Islam so often goes beyond that, issuing death sentences on those who break their rules. I blame it on a lack of church-state separation. Seems like we saw the same thing in some Christian states when the church was also the government. It was unacceptable then, and its even more unacceptable now. Grow up, people.
I included Moses, Jesus, and the FSM in an attempt to point out that their followers have not been issuing death threats based on supposed insults to them. I included Betty White because, well, everything is better with Betty White.
