Benjamin Church House

    This early settler's residence from Kilbourntown (now Milwaukee) was built in 1843 using Cream City brick and hand-hewn wood. It has since been relocated to Estabrook Park in the suburb of Shorewood.

      Born in Ulster County, New York, Benjamin Church arrived in Kilbourntown in November 1835, 13 years before Wisconsin statehood.
