Day 432 / 365 - It's a small world

    Newer Older

    Day 142 / 366
A couple of things have happened the last couple of days that have made me realise it is a small world that we live in.
    for example,
Yesterday I was added as a contact on Flickr by someone whose MySpace page I was looking at the day before. How strange was that.

On a completely different web site I was looking at some random persons page, who turned out to be a friend of a friend who I have on Facebook.

Maybe these social networking sights are just bringing us all together.

immy ashby*, PhotoLab507, and 63 other people added this photo to their favorites.

It's difficult to be original on Flickr ... there is often someone who has posted a similar photo before.

On your photo the light is fantastic. You did a great work with the light on your face and also on your hands. Well done.

      Did this make explore?

I prefer yours to the one that was linked above.

Really quite wonderful. It's the lighting on your face and hands that really sets it off. Also the black background makes it look like the globe is glowing.

What did you use for the Earth, photoshop or model globe?

    12. xJason.Rogersx 72 months ago | reply

I got the picture of the globe from google. I then used gimp to edit it into the picture. The lighting was done with my bicycle light.
