Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard delivered remarks at the IUCN Young Leaders Welcoming Reception, an afternoon session with 300 local, national, and international youth ambassadors working in the conservation field. The reception was an opportunity for young professionals to meet their peers and learn about the conservation work that is happening around the world. The gathering served as a starting point for the attendees to build long lasting international relationships while experiencing Hawaiian culture and participating in interactive activities. Rep.
