Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard delivered keynote remarks at the Aloha Rural Healthcare Summit in Honolulu on August 6, 2014. She has visited several Community Health Centers throughout the state and witnessed the challenges they face brought on by remote locations, lack of funding, and staff shortages.
