The Squeeze Inn originally started in Truckee, California, but has recently expanded to the Northwest Reno Area, with a location off of Las Brisas Boulevard. Squeeze Inn has a huge variety of breakfast and lunch cuisine, specializing in omelet's. Although they do serve lunch, most sandwiches are made with omelets ingredients. Its more of a breakfast place all around, because after all, omelet's are what they are known for. With a gargantuan menu, it seems as though Squeeze Inn has nearly a hundred omelet's to choose from, that all pertain to different palates. They have indicators on the menu which point out vegetarian omelet's, omelet's with a lot of meat, the most popular omelet's ordered, etc. All of the omelet's have unique names, with a large portion of them named after locals who invented the combinations. Although Squeeze Inn specializes in unique omelet's, they have a large variety of other breakfast options too. You can order bagels, eggs, toast, hash browns, etc. Like the selection, the portions are gigantic as well. Unless you are ravenously hungry, one omelet (which comes with toast, potatoes, etc.) is plenty of food for two people. Just a note, no reservations are taken, so you can expect a small wait. The staff is very attentive and friendly, and the restaurant has a very unique atmosphere. The decor is unique, with a wide range of mix and match tables and chairs, random garb on the walls, funky light fixtures, and vibrant paint, this restaurant wins for most unique setting. Before leaving, they will even let you sign your name on the wall to commemorate your visit. For more information call (775) 787-2700.
