I've been looking for a couple of years now, for a big fluffy biscuit recipe. Seems I could make biscuits that tasted fine, but were lacking the big, bumpy, fluffy texture that I remember from my Grandma's biscuits.
I finally found a keeper. These were so pretty, I had to take a picture - and they tasted even better than they looked.
