Andrew and I spent the day making calzones!
He opted to fill his with a "secret" spicy tomato paste blend (secret only because I was kneading dough and not paying attention lol), veggie chicken and pepperoni (thank you Y'ves!) and a blend of Jarlsberg and Provolone cheeses. They smelled AWESOME when baking, and you'd never guess the dough was fat free or whole wheat :-).
