I gave up soda last weekend on the basis of saving money and keeping the large amounts of caffine out of my system. Making for a newer healthier me, which obviously has new kinds of food and making meals and having leftovers to take to work. Today I worked a long day, got called in early on the basis that one of my co-workers hurt her foot. I ended up working from 130-1015, a good long shift in picking up three hours: which may not seem like much to many but its a good amount for me to add to the week. Before I left for work I made fettuccini alfredo with tomatos, had plenty of leftovers to take to work. Oh how I enjoyed it on my lunch break and on my fifteen minutes break. Thats how much I had!
I had the flash off camera (attached via my ttl cord), to the left of the fork covered with a napkin. The napkin was my act in diffuser and created a nice soft light effect to the pasta. Combined with window light and the fork creating a diagonal between the bottle and the glass I chose this one. Cheers!
