Plum sorbet, poached plums and chocolate cigars. More poached plums in red wine, this time with some aromatics - star anise and cloves, two of my favourite spices. The chocolate cigars were made with walnuts, hazelnuts, filo pastry and dark chocolate. Recipe here.
