Imperial Savoy

Canon 10D 1/180th : Pentacon 1.8/50 @ f.4

Strobist : Vivitar 285HV@1/16 Thro' White Umbrella to RHS

This has to be the coolest camera out!! .. A 1960's Imperial Savoy, made by the Hubert George Company in the 60's. It the size of a Rubiks cube, the height of a 620 or 120 format roll of film .. The mechanism which i have already had apart is a pretty much 2 pieces of metal and a small cam.

The Imperials were the first funky coloured cameras produced, I bought this one for £4.00 on ebay, from the states .. The mechanism needed some TLC but the body is in mint condition with instruction manual. (The flash seems to high light some dust on the panel above the lens, which in daylight isnt really there .. i shall retake the images when i have time)
