smoked salmon & ramp tart

Mostly Megan Gordon's recipe from her Whole Grain Mornings book. It's a mighty fine crust made of cornmeal, wheat flour, and millet. I need to invest in a 9 inch tart pan, I only have an 8 inch so had to bake in a springform... Excellent leftovers - even cold from the fridge.
