Palm oil processors, Fiankoma

This is hot and difficult work. Whole families seemed to be involved in the processing, from little kids sorting and shelling the palm nut to the father pulping or an older woman tending to the boiling. and then these women doing the pressing on this screw-thread machine. This was the palm-oil processing part of fiankoma village, Ghana.
