William Hawrelak Park, Edmonton, AB, Canada
February 27, 2011
When you could barely see the yield signs and the gravel roads due to blowing snow, you know it's time to turn the car around and head back to the city. It wasn't even worth the drive looking for owls. Instead, I spent the Sunday afternoon at Hawrelak Park, and was rewarded with many closeup shots of Pine Siskins and Redpolls.
I will post more Siskin shots if I find some good ones when I go through all my RAW files.
