Bald Eagle

I found this Bald Eagle feeding on a Mallard on the frozen part of the river as I was approaching toward the bridge. I was able to find a decent spot facing directly above and toward the Eagle and I was shooting between the branches while laying on my stomach like a sniper. I wasn't sure if this Eagle killed this Mallard or stole it from others.

Feel free to click on any of the shots below to enlarge. I like all the shots in this series, and I will set them public in a week or so. Please come back and check them out or favourite them if you wish. Thanks!

I can't access the EXIF data for the shots......did you shoot them at 500mm?

I shoot at 500mm and crop to my liking. Note that at 500mm, the Bald Eagle already filled at least 80% of the frame.
